The Constitution of the League of Nations ( short form )
The President: selected from the Senate; voted in by the people of Planet Earth, for a 4 year term and a maximum of 2 terms.
The Vice President: Leader of the 50/50 Senate; appointed by the President, selected from The House, same term as the President.
The Senate: 2 Senators from each of the several Nations, 1 male and 1 female to make the 50/50 Senate, plus the President or Prime Minister from each of the several Nations as the 3rd Senator. The 2 Senators to be selected from the citizenry of each of the several Nations; voted in by the people; for a 6 year term; maximum of 2 terms; 1/3 of the Senate to be elected every 2 years.
The House: 3 Representatives from each Race or either gender of the several Nations; race based on population over 380,000 in each of the several Nations; for a 6 year term; maximum of 2 terms; 1/3 of The House to be elected every 2 years.
The Supreme Court: Justices selected from the Supreme Courts of the several Nations; appointed by The President; confirmed by a majority vote of a Senate Committee; 1 Chief Justice and 8 Associate Justices; 4 male justices and 4 female justices; Chief Justice based on seniority; for a life long term.
Executive Branch: Police Force and Prisons
Legislative Branch: The 50/50 Military
Judicial Branch: The Intelligence Community
