The National Government:

The National Sardar:

selected from the National Senate Jirga; voted in by the general public; for a 4 year term, max. of 2 terms.

The Vice Sardar: appointed by the National Sardarial Candidate, for a 4 year term, max. of 2 terms.

The National Senate Jirga:

Two Senators from each State; seleceted from the general public; voted in by the general public; for a 6 year term, max. of 2 terms; 1/3 of the Senate voted in every 3 years.

The National House Jirga:

3, Representatives from each Race with a population over 380,000, with an additional 1 Representative when the population of the Race exceeds an additional 380,000; Representatives to be appointed by Clergy or Clergy Council, and that the Representative is not a person holding an Office or Title, in that Religious Sect.; for a 6 year term, max. of 2 terms; 1/3 of the House appointed  in every 3 years.

The State Government

The County Government:

The County Sardar:

selected from the County Qwam, voted in by the general public; for a 4 year term, max. 2 terms;

The Vice Sardar: appointed by the County Sardarial Candidate, for a 4 year term, max. of 2 terms.

The County Qwam:

3, Representatives (only) for each Race that has a population over 3,800 people; Representatives to be appointed by Clergy or a Clergy council, and that the Representative is not a person holding an Office or Title in that Religious Sect. for a 6 year term, max. of 2 terms. 1/2 of the Qwam to be appointed in every 3 years.

The Judicial Branch of Government:

Judges to be appointed by the Sardar of that level of gevernment, and to be confirmed by the Jirga Judicial Committee of that level of government as well, judges appointed for life long terms, during times of good behavior.
