The Two Constitutions for the Republic of Haiti

Constitution # 1,
The President= Voted in by the people of Haiti, for a 4 year term, maximum two terms, must be 35 years of age, or older,
The Vice President= appointed by the Presidential Candidtate, for a 4 year term, maximun two terms, must be 35 years of age or older.
The Senate= two Senators of each State, voted in by the people of Haiti, for a six year term, maximum two terms, must 30 years of age or older, and 1/3 of the Congress voted in every six years. The langauge and customs of the Senate shall be derived from the French.
The House= 3 Reps voted in per 380,000 people, of that race or religion, with an additional 1 Rep. when that population exceeds another 380,000, for a 6 year term, maximum of two terms, must be 25 years of age or older, and 1/3 of The House voted in exery six years. The langauge and customs of the House shall be derived from the Creole.

The Judicial Branch= The judges of this Judicial Branch shall be appointed by the President, confirmed through popular vote of the Senate Committee, investigated by the House Investigation Committee. Terms of the several Judges shall be life long, during times of good behavior.
